Hello! My name is Ana Cornejo. I was born in 1996 in New York City, where I currently reside. Since 2019, I have delved into the world of oil painting, passionately embracing this medium as a form of storytelling.

I find immense joy in capturing the fleeting moments of everyday life. These moments serve as the foundation for my paintings - a reflection of beauty that brings us peace and nostalgia.

Throughout the years I have been inspired by incredible artists such as John S. Sargent, Cecilia Beaux and Joaquin Sorolla. Additionally, some contemporary artists that have impacted my artistic journey are Richard Schmid, Susan Lyon and Ruth Fitton.

Outside of painting, I am happily married and have two beautiful little cockatiels named Luna and Mellow. I love going on long walks, watching Disney movies and baking sweets.
